Job summary

Google's Drive TPM team in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Manager, Technical Program Management to lead complex AI/GenAI projects across Workspace apps. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with executives, while mentoring TPMs.

You will influence governance, drive execution, and collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver scalable AI-enabled features for billions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience designing organizational processes, business planning cycles, or governance frameworks for engineering organizations.
• Experience in building AI features or AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Drive the successful delivery of Drive's critical Generative AI roadmap, including our agentic initiatives.
• Orchestrate complex, interdependent programs across highly federated and matrixed teams.
• Design and implement robust product and platform engineering operating processes.
