Job summary

Google Inc. seeks a Manager of Technical Program Management for AI/ML to guide multi-disciplinary engineering programs from inception to rollout. You will partner with internal customers, manage schedules, risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers alike.

In this role, you’ll help drive the GenAI-enabled roadmap for Drive and other Workspace products, mentor TPM teams, and shape governance across distributed teams to accelerate delivery and impact billions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience designing organizational processes, governance, or planning cycles for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from ideation to launch.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and manage schedules and risks.
• Explain analyses to executives and discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Drive engineering programs and teams across distributed organizations.
