Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of program management experience.
• 7 years in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience designing organizational processes, governance, or business planning for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Drive delivery of Drive's GenAI roadmap and translate AI goals into delivery plans.
• Orchestrate interdependent programs across federated teams and resolve bottlenecks early.
• Design and implement scalable governance and operating processes to increase velocity.
