Job summary

Google Drive is at the forefront of GenAI-enabled content management, with a focus on secure, accessible storage, sharing, and organization across Workspace, Search, Chrome, and Gemini. As a Technical Program Manager, you will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders, guiding projects end-to-end.

You will lead technical programs across engineering and product teams, shaping the GenAI roadmap and ensuring execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
Experience designing organizational processes, business planning cycles, or governance frameworks for engineering organizations.
Experience in building AI features or AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
Drive the successful delivery of Drive's critical Generative AI roadmap, including our agentic initiatives.
Orchestrate complex, interdependent programs across highly federated and matrixed teams.
Design and implement robust product and platform engineering operating processes.
