Job summary

Birdeye is seeking an AI/ML Technical Recruiter to help build the talent behind our AI-native products. You’ll identify, engage, and hire engineers, researchers, and leaders who are shaping AI models and intelligent systems within a fast-growing AI-native SaaS company.

You will collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and executives to scale Birdeye’s AI capabilities, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and close highly sought-after candidates while adapting to a rapidly evolving technical landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including AI/ML talent.
• Experience recruiting at an AI-native company (AI SaaS) and specialized AI/ML roles.
• Proven success building pipelines and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and multi-search management.
• Comfort in fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Willingness to work from our Palo Alto, CA office Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hiring strategies for AI/ML talent.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle from mapping to close.
• Build pipelines by researching companies and talent pools.
• Advise managers on availability, role definitions, and strategy.
• Create engaging candidate experiences communicating Birdeye’s AI vision.
• Close highly competitive searches with effective offers.
• Use data to evaluate pipelines and improve conversion.
• Collaborate with Talent team to scale recruiting practices.
