The role involves providing subject matter expertise, partnering with product owners and control managers, and steering risk reporting across the organization.

The Lead will manage a diverse team, drive innovation in risk management, and ensure effective controls are operating as designed in a dynamic tech landscape.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cyber/information security, or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and technology regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge in cloud security, data security, risk assessment & reporting, controls evaluation, design and governance.
• Strong understanding of AIML technologies, model lifecycle, and associated risks.
• Ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Develops and maintains robust relationships with technologists, controls and assessments teams to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Executes reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management oversight.
• Proactively monitors control effectiveness, identifies gaps, and recommends enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
