JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead for AI ML Data Platforms to identify and mitigate technology risk in line with firm standards. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide process owners, and ensure controls operate effectively while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Product Owners, Assessments teams, and Regulators to report a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on business.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field with regulatory focus.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk/workflow processes with strong validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted risk summaries before use and ensure auditability and regulatory alignment.
• Familiar with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge in data security, risk reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and draft executive-level reports.
• Build trusted relationships with LOB technologists and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee governance of controls, policies, issues, and measurements with senior management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to regulatory compliance.
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable control testing routines with human review for auditability.
