Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of program management experience.
Experience contributing to AI-based feature development.
Experience managing a team as a People Manager.
Experience delivering complex cross-functional technical programs.

Responsibilities

Define, own, and drive governance and execution for complex, ambiguous programs critical to gTech Users and Products (gUP). Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to global deployment.
Influence and align product leadership and stakeholders across gUP and partner organizations on goals, priorities, and technical direction.
Navigate Generative AI landscape to anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable conversational AI architectures.
Drive improvements in organizational effectiveness, team processes, and cross-functional collaboration, establishing best practices.
Lead and grow Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and teams within gUP TSI.
