Job summary

Fidus Systems, a global high-tech design firm, seeks a Solutions Architect, AI/ML to translate client needs into scalable AI-enabled engineering solutions across hardware and software domains. You will develop solution paths, estimate work, assess risks, and write technical content for proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end results.

The role is based in the United States with travel up to 6 weeks per year; export controls and CGP considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science; ML graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years in AI/ML design, with production deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and draft requirements.
• Architect and propose client solutions.
• Estimate work and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Write technical content for proposals.
• Present capabilities and approach to clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and FPGA/AI workloads.
• Advance opportunities by identifying new products and research areas.
