You will design, implement, and test complex FPGA-based solutions, develop IP cores, and collaborate with global teams to translate customer requirements into robust hardware-software architectures while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation.
• 10+ years of experience in product development.
• Xilinx (AMD) Toolset, specifically Xilinx FPGA tooling for heterogeneous architectures.
• Embedded system architecture analysis and modelling.
• Familiar with Agile CICD and development automation.
• RTL and VHDL experience; High Level Synthesis desirable.
• TCL and Python scripting in a Linux environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Embedded Systems Architect assigned to FPGA development and systems engineering for advanced controls and edge AI/ML.
• Engage with global teams to translate requirements into design specifications and identify optimal solutions.
• Design, implementation, and test of complex FPGAs used with SoCs and heterogeneous processing.
• Develop IP cores and software from ground up to leverage processors and programmable logic.
• Troubleshoot complex software and programmable logic issues including timing analysis/closure.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Interface with internal customers for requirements analysis and scheduling.
