Job summary

Snowflake seeks an experienced Senior Solutions Architect - AI/ML to guide customers in expanding their use of the Snowflake Data Cloud for production AI/ML workloads. You will design tailored Snowflake-centric solutions, architect pipelines, and lead technical discussions with customer teams and Systems Integrators.

You will work hands-on with SQL, Python, and Cortex AI features to build POCs, share best practices, and ensure successful outcomes across pre- and post-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles.
• Strong presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of generative AI lifecycle and model evaluation techniques.
• Thorough understanding of ML lifecycle: feature engineering, model deployment & management.
• Experience with AI/MLOps and deploying/monitoring models.
• Experience with at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on scripting with SQL and Python/Java/Scala.
• Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn, LangChain/LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert on Snowflake for AI/ML workloads and advise customers on best practices.
• Architect Snowflake-centric AI/ML solutions delivered by Services Delivery.
• Design AI/ML pipelines leveraging Snowflake features and ecosystem.
• Build POCs using SQL, Python, Cortex AI features to demonstrate techniques.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and enable customers to extend Snowflake capabilities.
• Stay updated on competitive AI/ML technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
• Provide guidance to resolve customer-specific technical challenges.
• Mentor and support Services Delivery team in expertise growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products.
