Job summary

Stellantis NV seeks an experienced Connected Services Analytics & AI Enablement Lead to accelerate value from connected vehicle data through advanced analytics and AI-powered, self-service capabilities.

You will transform data into actionable insights, define reusable data assets, and collaborate with data scientists to industrialize ML and GenAI use cases, driving product performance, customer understanding, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI enablement or similar role.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, reusable data-driven analytics solutions delivering outcomes.
• Strong understanding of automotive Connected Services domain.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and distributed processing environments.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI concepts: agents, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Define reusable analytics assets and data products.
• Lead analytics solution development and dashboards for self-service analytics.
• Promote data governance, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists to industrialize ML & GenAI use cases.
• Lead platform & technical leadership, using Python, SQL, Spark and cloud tech.
