Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a role focused on designing, implementing and optimizing scalable AI and ML solutions.

The team collaborates with Product, Data and Engineering to deploy cutting-edge AI/ML, establish ML lifecycle practices, and manage scalable ML infrastructure to serve millions of customers daily. The ideal candidate brings advanced ML experience, proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure ML), and strong CI/CD/delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• U.S. Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with years of experience.
• Experience with analytics, ML, data science, platform development, data aggregation and analysis, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Generative AI, NLP, deep learning, GCP, AWS, Azure ML, data structures, algorithms, software architecture, MLOps, ML lifecycle management, CI/CD, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions.
• Establish ML Operations and lifecycle management best practices.
• Design, build, and manage scalable ML infrastructure.
• Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor ML models and applications.
• Create and maintain optimized data pipelines.
• Utilize programming languages (Python, R, Scala, Java) and adopt CI/CD including automation and monitoring.
• Implement Generative AI models and workflows (ASR, LLM, TTS, RAG, & Search).
• Scale and support large distributed systems serving millions of customers daily.
• Maintain and extend RingCentral's internal AI platform.
• Build Agentic AI products to drive business value.
