RingCentral is seeking an experienced ML/AI engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to advance ML models, data pipelines, and infrastructure across a distributed platform.

The role emphasizes MLOps, CI/CD, and staying current with Generative AI technologies, while supporting millions of customer interactions daily.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, computer engineering or related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of related experience, or US Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with ML/AI modeling, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Generative AI, NLP, deep learning, statistical methods, MLOps, CI/CD, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions.
• Establish and promote ML Operations and lifecycle management best practices.
• Design, build, and manage scalable ML infrastructure.
• Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor ML models and applications.
• Create and maintain optimized data pipelines.
• Maintain RingCentral's AI platform and support large distributed systems.
