RingCentral in Belmont, CA, seeks an ML/AI Engineer to design and optimize scalable AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build data pipelines, deploy models, and maintain AI platforms in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Your work includes applying Generative AI, maintaining ML lifecycle practices, and supporting large distributed systems used by millions of customers daily. On-site, remote, and hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

U.S. Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two years of related experience, is required.
U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus five years of related experience is required.
Experience with analytics, ML, data science, platform development, CI/CD, and Docker is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to develop AI/ML solutions.
Establish ML operations and lifecycle management practices.
Design, build, and manage scalable ML infrastructure.
Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor ML models and applications.
Create and maintain optimized data pipelines.
Utilize Python, R, Scala, Java and CI/CD automation.
Implement Generative AI models and workflows (ASR, LLM, TTS, RAG, Search).
Scale and support large distributed systems serving millions daily.
Maintain RingCentral’s internal AI platform and tools.
Build Agentic AI products to drive business value.
