Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with strong ServiceNow expertise to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will blend Generative AI, LLMs, and ServiceNow workflows to deliver intelligent enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Engineering:

• Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Align solutions with GTM use cases such as sales enablement, lead management, and partner operations.
• Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows.
• Integrate machine learning models and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.

AI System Design:

• Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval.
• Deliver contextual insights and automation.

RAG + KG Solutions:

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs.
• Surface relevant, real-time data to sales teams to help close deals.

Agentic Workflows:

• Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution.
• Support use cases such as lead routing, customer scoring, and higher deal velocity.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product and Business Operations to identify opportunities.
• Design solutions and deliver measurable impact.
