Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This role supports shaping how AI systems learn and improve through feedback loops. As a reviewer, you’ll compare paired AI images and videos, rate adherence and quality, and produce concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to evaluate adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like inconsistent motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a precise explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
