Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and write precise explanations in English detailing what looked or sounded off.

Remote, flexible hours with fast payments and free access to leading LLMs. Responsibilities include evaluating outputs, rating realism and quality, and contributing to the feedback loop that improves AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews would help.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong and how to improve.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like naturalness, quality and realism.
