Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live exchanges with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos to prompts, explain what looked or sounded off, and work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs for adherence and quality, and writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English. This role supports advancing AI systems in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication required.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in dynamic conversations.
• Ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.
