Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off — all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and audio-video misalignments.
• Write explicit, concise explanations in English citing what you observed and heard.
