Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, hosting live conversations with AI voice models, and scoring outputs by comparing paired media and judging adherence to prompts. You will explain what looked or sounded off in writing, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, all from your home on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review media closely.
• Ability to articulate concise, evidence-based explanations in writing.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs and write clear explanations in English.
