Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, self-paced schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing while comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts.

We offer weekly payments, access to leading LLMs worth $200+/month, and the ability to work from home or while traveling. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
