Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your evaluations help shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You’ll rate outputs, provide written explanations, and work from home with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or mismatched audio and video, then explaining findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism with a written rationale.
