Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare AI-produced images and videos to judge prompt fidelity.

Work remotely on a schedule that fits you, explaining what looked or sounded off in writing. We offer weekly payments and the chance to earn up to 18 USD per hour with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable but not required.
• Capable of describing observations in a concise, evidence-based way.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely and explaining in writing what looked or sounded wrong.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism with a written explanation.
