Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a nice-to-have for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking sound naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging fidelity to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for artifacts like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches and writing explanations in English.
