Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Hours are flexible, with weekly payments and the ability to work from anywhere. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, gain free access to leading LLMs, and help shape how AI systems reason and improve in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images or videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what you observed.
