Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing. Rates vary by expertise, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
