Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain, in writing, what looked off or incorrect.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on multiple dimensions and producing concise explanations. The program offers weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs, enabling you to contribute to frontier AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, and audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations citing what you saw or heard and why it matters.
