Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own timeline.

Focus areas include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, spotting issues like distortions or mismatches, and rating outputs across dimensions such as realism and quality.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions.
Comfortable assessing AI outputs and articulating issues clearly.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
Rank how natural and useful each response sounds.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot errors in anatomy, motion, or audio alignment.
Write concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
