Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos, and write explanations in English describing what looked or sounded off. Work remotely on your own schedule.

You'll evaluate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and contribute to shaping AI systems. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail, patient with replaying or zooming in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to explain findings in writing with evidence.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
