Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
