Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs for free, plus opportunities to earn incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
