Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and using a prompt to decide which version follows instructions better. Training and free access to leading LLMs are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to describe observations clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing evidence-based reviews of AI outputs.
• Comfortable evaluating AI outputs and drawing clear conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Write concise English explanations of what was seen or heard, with specific reasons to support judgments.
