Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and nationwide participation across eligible countries.

Contributors review AI outputs for naturalness, fidelity, and adherence to prompts, earning up to $18/hr with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a written English explanation detailing observed issues.
