Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to look and listen closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot issues.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of findings.
