Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.

You will explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule. At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed and why it affects the rating.
