Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge which follows the instructions better.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or misaligned audio, then explain findings in writing.
