Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs, assess adherence to prompts, and provide written explanations of issues observed, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, have strong attention to detail, and can articulate decisions when faced with imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants from listed eligible regions are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, artifacts, and audio-visual misalignments and explain findings in writing.
• Provide precise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
