Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what is off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail‑oriented, with good written communication. Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have, and you can work from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural conversational and written style.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when issues appear.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to grading prompts and identify deviations.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, and misalignment between audio and video.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing observed issues.
