Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are Fluent English speakers with strong attention to detail, who can write concise explanations and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review nuanced content.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
