Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and relevance, and explain what looked off in writing, helping improve AI reasoning and performance.

Responsibilities include comparing images and videos to prompts, identifying artifacts or misalignments, and providing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Good decision-making when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
