Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Your work supports advancing AI systems and contributes to better real-world performance. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to details, and able to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in during reviews.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear judgments when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text, or audio mismatches.
• Write English explanations detailing what was seen or heard and why.
