Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, rating outputs across dimensions like adherence and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Eligible from multiple countries with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
Able to explain decisions clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Write a specific explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
