Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, describe issues with clear, evidence-based notes, and help improve AI systems by providing precise feedback. Flexible hours, nationwide eligibility, and weekly payments via ACH or PayPal.

Qualificações

• Fluent English and clear written communication required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to explain findings in writing with evidence.
• Available to work remotely from eligible countries.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
