Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain in writing what looked off against prompts.

You will evaluate images and videos for fidelity, text and audio alignment, and overall realism, contributing to a feedback loop that improves AI systems used in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Capable of deciding between imperfect options.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and spot distortions or misalignments.
