Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong.

Work remotely with flexible hours and earn up to $15 USD per hour, paid weekly. Access to leading LLMs and participation in incentives may boost earnings and provide valuable tools for your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
