Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rating how well outputs follow prompts and explaining what looked off. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models and compare media remotely, on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, captions, and audio, then writing concise explanations in English to help improve AI systems. Flexible, remote work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review audio, video, and text.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required for all tasks.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing scenarios in natural language.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, ranking which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write specific, written explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
