Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to help improve models.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality and realism, and providing concise explanations in English. Earn up to $18/hr with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and score naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or mismatches in text/audio.
• Provide written explanations describing what was off.
