Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and rate how natural and useful each exchange sounds, then compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.

You will inspect outputs closely, describe issues in writing, and work remotely on your own schedule. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to articulate observations clearly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions concisely.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, motion errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write targeted explanations in English describing what was observed and why.
