Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI‑generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Awards and access to leading LLMs are included, and you’ll help shape how AI systems improve in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted visuals, audio-video mismatches, or errors, then document findings.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed and why a judgment was made.
• Respect and apply project-specific instructions for each task.
